Well, A buddy of mine gets vendor spaces every year. and USUALLY has his paperwork to fill out by end of March via email
As of a few weeks ago he had not received anything.

I'm skeptical ,,,but hopeful it will happen but I'm not holding my breath it does.
Fingers crossed ,,,,,,As I want to fly back that weekend and make a deal on a car and take it to the Nats before I ship it here
