Electronic Ignition wires where Orange correct ?

Not that it matters

However was 1972-1974 Factory Electronic Ignition Wires 7mm or 8mm ?

Thanx

I think the factories, all American car makers, started using resistor carbon core 7 MM spark plug wires in the mid 1960s under Federal mandate I believe . shruggy
The good Packard 440 spark plug wires where either copper core or tin plated copper wires before that scope
I'm sure none of the American car makers used 8MM spark plug wires on production cars.
