I bought the entry level Treager over a year ago and I love it. I have had all kinds of other smokers and this is by far the easiest to use and cleaning is a less than 5 minutes work. I have found over the many things I have used it for pot roast is my favorite meal to prepare and it's even better than Mom's roast beef. I have found that I don't like the Treager pellets as much as the ones I get at Lowes. I cant remember the name right now but the ones I like are called "competition blend".
Chicken wings are also AWESOME on the Treager. When I first got it I was using it about 4 times a week now that spring is here I will use it a lot more again.
Get a dual temp thermometer to monitor the grill temp and the food temp with an alarm in case your auger gets uncovered and the smoke stops.
You will have fun thinking of new recipes and finding out just how many things taste better in the Treager.
