Great to see a '73 being saved, even better that a young man is interested!

Cool truck too! I had a '76 Club Cab (1/2 ton) that I swapped in a cop car drive train. I swapped out the stock, uncomfortable bench seat for a pair of buckets from some import mounted on Ramcharger bases. I kept the Ramchargers tilt forward function on the passenger seat and it made the space behind the seats much more accessible. I don't remember the kind of car they came out of but they looked like a knock off recarro. Where I couldn't spend 30 minutes behind the wheel with the stock bench, I could spend hours behind the wheel with the buckets.

How many miles on the truck? My truck had a guesstimated mileage somewhere north of 300K. I got rid of the truck because, even though there was zero rust, the frame started coming apart.
