Rule of thumb is 10psi per 1000 rpm. So minimum would be 30psi cruising 60psi for your blasts to 6000 rpm. Being a big block they tend to favor the mains over heads. Unless you modified the oil passages in the block I'd say your ok. Better too much than too little.
