Direction Connection Stage IV heads... nostalgia parts!

I saw my first set (and not many after) at a big car show in Portland, OR, in 1978 or 1979, when Hershberger Motors, a Direct Connection dealer in Woodburn, OR, had a set on display. I didn't know sh!t 'bout heads then (and I only know about a quarter of a sh!t today), but I WANTED a set... cuz they were new and I ASSumed they would be great on my '69 383 4-speed Super Bee.

The small-block W-2s had come out and everyone was hoping for a cool new head for the big blocks... and this is what DC came up with. Hmmm... nostalgia parts!
