That is correct.
Kelsey Hayes, 4 piston calipers do not have to be sleeved.
The piston seal is in the top bore of the caliper body, and not on the piston itself.
Don't worry about it, if caliper bores have pitting, after you sandpaper them up, cleaning them up.
Bad caliper bores in the BENDIX, and BUDD, disc brake systems, require sleeving, if they are bad, due to their piston design, and sealing.
