The Factory service manual reads 40 inch pounds of torque but the instructions that came with the gaskets reads 90 inch pounds of torque. Which torque spec should I use? Thank You torque specs are for the most part for the gasket cuz it is what is being compressed. Go with the their 90 & crisscross multiple times coming up on it & 90 ain't a requirement, on VC's to some extent go with how it feels. live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth
