I had transbrake and line loc on the wheel. Long coil cords with quick connects at the base of the column. Rack & pinion so the steering wheel didn't have to spin 6 turns. Cords had some slack in them and worked fine. Had to watch you didn't get your feet in them getting in the car, but there was no issue once you were in.
