They are not wrench turners. And they are not fact gatherers and won’t do any intel on their own.

2) The top of the house is getting poor information from management below them, those mid level managers won’t rock the boat, too worried about their bonuses.

Back in the day Direct Connection was run by people that knew the product and the audience and consequently the demand. They were closely related to the product engineers.
Hoover, Maxwell, Gross, Schram, all talked to each other.

The new top of the house is all new - they couldn’t find their way out of the building if there wasn’t a red four letter word over the doors.

Sad.






That company is long gone. sold off multiple times, and nobody wanted it.....And sadly, those left, are only interested in the bottom line.
