I built and dyno tested a pump gas 572 C.I. Hemiroid motor last year that has dual 4150 dry EFI throttle bodies(1150 CFM each) on a in line dual four Stage V single plane intake, CNC ported Stage V heads and a smaller solid roller cam.
It made the best HP at 6500 RPM ending up with 799 HP, best torque on a different pull730 Ft. Lbs. at 4900 RPM on CA 92 octane pump swill in Chico, CA
I was expecting more HP and torque but these are the numbers from the dyno
I had Rich from Fastman EFI do the EFI tuning, we tried both open loop and close loop and several different total timing settings. We did the best we could but did not want to wear it out chasing numbers
it is going into a 1971 Challenger street and local show car, built for comfort and impressions, not a racer at all
