I'm looking at boot protectors on the Summit website, and am wondering what the significance of "90 degree" is?

How are the 90-degree sleeves different from the others? My Firecore plug boots aren't 90-degrees, but they're not straight either (see pic below). I'm looking for something that will slide over my boots, and protect them from my headers.

Thinking about buying these: Taylor 2418

A note says; "Designed for 90 degree spark plug boots or most pre-assembled wires".
