I think I know whats causing the no fire at the injectors. The 99 Ram had anti-theft security via a chip in the key. And I bet the computer is looking for that and not seeing it. So I need a computer that runs the 5.2 and the 42RE trans that does not have anti-theft function.

Any suggestions what vehicles have OBD2 without the security?
