All 10" A-body flex hoses screw directly into the wheel cylinder.Only 9" A-body brakes use that small steel line between the hose and the cylinder.Also the pic of the wheel cylinders you posted shows the bleeder straight out,all 10" brakes I've seen have the bleeder coming out at an angle to clear the spindle.Something not right here
