The seats aren’t the big deal here. Is all the other parts of the interior. A 68 B-body maroon kick panel, console, defrost vent, seat belt, column cover, etc will not match a 69 B-body.

The 1st pic was listed as a low mile car. Seats look replaced.

Color of bench to bucket is different if it’s a two tone or has a cloth insert. Typically one of the bench colors matches the buckets.
