It's good practice to bleed all four calipers whenever the system has been opened up.
You only need to bleed the top screw on each side of the caliper. Start with the right rear outer, then the right rear inner, then the left rear outer, then the left rear inner, then the right front outer, then the right front inner, then the left front outer, then the left front inner.
