A GOOD puller and a BFH, as already noted, should do it though. If you need heat I recommend a real acetylene torch. weld That little Bernz-O-Matic setup does work well on small objects but those expensive oxygen cylinders only last about ten minutes... I've got one and got tired of buying $10 bottles.


Yes and no as far as cost. Depends on how much you use it.

I had a acetylene oxygen welding/cutting torch for 20 years at home on a cart. I ran out of space for it and got tired of paying for those tanks every year from the gas supplier. Plus I really didn't use it that often after I got a plasma cutter. So I got them out of my small garage. I still have a gas torch at work I use when I need one.
I said it was the cheapest and all that is needed. Don't need a big ole torch for this job. smile
