Induction Solutions used to have a jet chart showing 350 HP w/ a Big Shot plate was using a 116-120 nitrous jet and 22-26 smaller fuel jet. It didn't specify what solenoid they used, but I'm betting w/ that size nitrous jet, it was not a trash can.
Your solenoid should be fine.
