I've never used Cam Lock, but I've never had a problem with Latch Link systems from any manufacturer. I'd sat due to simplicity of design that there is almost no chance of that system ever failing that you can't release. Buckling any system is only half of the time of any system anyway. You still have to set your butt down square, then cinch down the straps. For you guys that have a problem with the procedure, I can draw you pictures, if you want.
