As an owner of multiple e-bodies over the years that were built in LA, I've never had one. Seriously--that's a great addition to the car, and you should not add a repro/fake doc to the mix. Period. P.S......MY posts are worth 2 cents (max), Alaskan_TA's are worth FAR more.
