On my 63 330 I run the repro MW air cleaners with K&N air filters. When I swapped to the repro MW velocity stacks that seal to the holes in the hood under the scoop, the car picked up 0.3 sec and 2mph over the 1/4 mile, with no other changes.
I'd be interested to try the K&N 7"x3" air cleaners, as the velocity stacks only have a mesh screen to stop big bits going into the carbs. Wow!
