Never mind.
Daughter talked to friend who is a Dodge tech. Told her it was pretty common problem that sometimes required R&R of evap case.

Carefully drilled a 1/2" hole in front right corner of case. As expected, water came pouring out. After cleaning that up, I ran a length of 1/2" rigid plastic tubing down alongside the tunnel and across floor to body plug. Caulked up both holes and will put glove box and other pieces back in after caulk dries and I verify no leak at case.
