So Im setting up the coronet for a 5.7 hemi swap and the next big thing to tackle is getting a new tranny in since my 904 has definetly seen better days. Im going to swap it to a 727. For the torque converter I was looking at a TCI Street Fighter 10" converter with 3000-3500 rpm stall speed advertised. I plan on using 3.55s in the rear end. the 5.7 will be stock, I may use a comp 268 cam in it.

Anyway will this be a good converter for my application? How will it drive? I have no experience with performance converters.

But I do want to go fast.
