I am guessing this is a 69 or 70 St Louis built car ? Typical 3 oval indentations in upper right corner in a horizontal row partially obscured by the RH tag screw ? Other examples are typically letters / numbers punched all the way through the metal , usually kicked over at a 30 % -45 % angle .Who knows exactly what they mean , but they are indeed inspection stamps of some kind .
