everything I have seen and used from a van works in the truck except the engine brackets that bolt to the rubber biscuts.

I have a 75 rear sump pan in the 85 truck now. 70s and 80s difference is 5 qrts and 6 qrts IIRC 70s being 6qrt

FYI...I used a 88 van engine with rear sump pan in my 85 truck. everything fit fine except the mounts pushed my engine over to pass side and slightly raised driver side and kept engine tilted in engine bay. enough pass side header tubes touched frame. something about the van chassis needing room for pedals/steering colum.

swapped my truck mounts onto the engine and got it straight with the headers have clearance on both side of frame like they should.

as long as 360 and as long as rear sump it is golden.
