The only difference in the motors is the 440 has the heads sitting on the taller (RB or raised block)block, so most of the accessories remain the same, ie bellhousing, clutch, throttle linkage.

You will need different head pipes, distributor, alternator bracket and possible the fuel line from the pump to the carb. Your Shaker base plate will need to be changed because the carb sits higher on the RB block.
