As some have seen here I had a SFT tool steel cam & lifter problem,so I decided to go through the engine & clean it all out & new bearings & rings, going roller cam, so I took the heads apart & found that I had some guide wear also, replace all the guides & took the heads to get a nice STEET 3 angle valve job done & set up new springs, then I ended up in the Hospital Christmas eve with REALLY bad chest & rt side pain, they found gall stones & plugged up ducts from stones, they did 2 surgeries & the gallbladder is GONE smile spent 5 days in the Hospital, while I was there the wife pick up my cyl heads for me, so now on Jan 11 I am finally starting to feel a little better & decided to fire up my old, dinosaur, liquid filed gauge, purple shaft design flow bench, 1st i calibrated it, ran it & re calibrated it again, I wanted to check the flow after the work done, not great heads but they work good for my daily driver on a 512 LDeck, I am posting before I did any port work & after ported & the current 3 angle VJ, sorry for the long post but I have been stuck in the house for weeks LOL
