Pardon my ignorance as I know nothing about drag racing, but that is considered safe? I have always been used to my fully welded cage and would not be confortable with removable bars.
Clean install though!
I'm not a design engineer, but NHRA allows them to 8.50 and customers normally want them on this type of build...
