Typical Dodge Ram problem, if it ain't the heat doors, then it's a clogged heater core, you might get lucky by back flushing the core with a garden hose...been there done this too many times with these trucks over the years, PITA

Just back-flushed my '00 Durango. Heat works great now. I couldn't believe the crap that came out (caught the first bit in a 2 gal. transparent bucket).
Be sure to back-flush in order to get it out. up
