Racer33 member R Joined: Oct 2011 Posts: 179 Norfolk, NE	Is this for IMCA Hobbystock? We always used a stock converter or made a dummy converter. IMCA rules says minimum 10" holding 3 quarts of fluid with a .125" drain plug. My stockcar is currently using a stock converter. I have toyed with the idea of a high stall converter but never tried it. Not sure how much stall you can get in a 10" converter and it would probably just spin the tires more. I feel if your losing the race off the corner you need to work on the chassis. First one on the gas wins the race down the straight away.
