Mounted some LED lights on the back of my 2014 Ram truck. Now it’s time to wire them in. I want to put them on a switch. I do not want them coming on automatically with the reverse lights. These lights are just for hooking up a trailer or camper or just have more light when needed.
Electrical design is not my strong suit when it comes to restoration or matintenance. I would think two LED lights would not need a relay but not sure. Also not sure about where to take the source and the type of switch.
Most videos I watch are coming off the reverse lights, Ford applications or using a $250 wiring harness.
