They built a 1967 Hemi auto Satellite that looks like a near twin to that one, same color etc. a "One of None" car, only a few known to exist, very striking color. It's a project car a buddy of mine has it up for sale now, what a cool car!
Kayse got me a die cast 67 Hemi Satellite that was probably based off the car you're talking about (I guess) made by Hwy 61 Collectibles. Same Dark Turquoise paint (LL1).
I was surprised that the made a die cast of a 67 Hemi Satellite in that color.
That would kinda explain it.
I still have the die cast.
My old 67 Satellite after I traded it to a guy in New York last year (Buffalo area) is now in Iowa
A friend of mine has one of the real 67 Hemi Satellite's, a Turbine Bronze one.
Sadly due to his age and failing health it may be up for sale before long along with his other Mopars (one is a factory AWB 65 Plymouth).
