You click on "Reply", then, after you have typed your text, right above the "Continue" button it says "I want to preview my post and/or attach a file", make sure the box next to it is checked, then click on "Continue". You will then "Browse" your computer for the photo you want. Then click "OK,submit". If you get an error, then the size of your photo is too large and will need to be reduce with one of the programs on your computer such as Microsoft Paint.
