You have 15 inch rims so the 11.75 factory setup should fit on there. Fairly easy to find the parts these days for the conversion. One phone call to Doctor Diff should get you knuckles and adapters and then you just need to swing by the auto parts store for loaded calipers, rotors and hoses.

Manual brakes work fine with the 11.75 rotors. You'll need the right master cylinder size and you'll want to use a high quality brake pad but it will work if you pay attention and do it correctly.
