If you are looking to stay with a stock block, look for an E58 coded motor. They came in lots of HD optioned cars - late Magnums, 300's, Squads, Taxi's, some trucks. Magnum blocks would be another option. Don't know what HP you are shooting for - assume 700 max with a D1SC? Sonic testing the cyl. walls for sure. Girdle, forged rotating assembly for sure also.
