Arrow's pricing has gone up. I paid a little over $17k for my 426 all-aluminum engine almost 3 years ago.

The base price for my engine was around $15k back then. I upgraded for Made in USA rods and head studs. I had my own EFI system and road racing oil pan. My pistons are Mahle & made in Germany and my crank is a Callies Compstar made in China as they had no other alternatives back then.

I would venture a guess that the 392 & 426 crates have the current upgraded alloy aluminum block as well, but as for "forged internals" the crank and rods are probably all made in China. Probably comes with head bolts also.

My engine runs great though! Bunch of track days on it and no problems whatsoever. 515rwhp & 540rwtq
