Thanks for all the input. I'll definitely use a Reid or Ati case for a 'glide. I was all set to do a 'glide but after a few days of looking I may go with a 3 speed t400, lol. I'll have to see what my engine builder thinks. My Dart is a 3200 lb, leaf spring, drag radial heads up car just for fun around here. We're looking to make around 17-1800 horse at the flywheel, so it'll need a good trans, lol.
A 400 in 2 speed configuration may be a better choice. Starting line gear ratio has to be a major factor in what you decide to use. Too much or too little can turn a good car into a turd.
