I have used a bunch of different brands and type of rocker arms in my racing and street cars, Harland Sharp are good for both
As far as your deal I would look at using the Harland Sharp 1.60 ratio rockers and buy a cam designed for that ratio
BB Mopars, especially stroker motors with decent heads, really need all the air and fuel you can feed them to make the best power
