Does the 56 number of XS29/XX29 Charger R/T & 500 also include XP29 Chargers? Because I have a XP29H9 Charger with a SPD of 9/02 that is coded for W23 wheels.
no, the number does not include XP29s
the way the numbers (& its purpose) were kept by Chrysler was to track OPTION installation rates - the OPTIONS & ACCESSORY REPORT shows 0.0% for the base V8 XP29 Charger with W23 "cast center ROAD wheels"
..... but based on the 65,068 US spec. '69 V8 XP29s built - any production number under 33 units will still equal 0.0%
my understanding of how the numbers were calculated would lead to:47-65 1969 CHARGER R/T & 500 w/W23 (US spec.)

0-32 1969 CHARGER w/W23 (US spec.)
total
47-97 1969 CHARGERs w/W23 (US spec.)
