Well, it's a little more complex than finding the right circular dimension and material.

It'd probably be thousands for prototype tools to mold these in the material of your choice. But yes by all means, send them out for a quote and see if interested in going into business. MP had regular gaskets for this purpose but not sure if they still make them.

It's odd Edelbrock doesn't know about the compatability issue as shown here http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive/misc/tech-center/install/7000/7528.pdf...or maybe they know and aren't doing anything about it.


The factory rubber ring type will work wet----for a little while. If you drive everyday, they will swell up in a matter of weeks or months.
