In this photo and the one above it it appears the bottom of the repair seems to have a very square edge to it. to me it looks like a piece of angle iron has been welded, this is the area between the cross member bolts. Anybody else see this. Just seems to square at the bottom, your can see it in the picture above right beside the cross member. As long as the frame to the firewall side of the crossmember seems strait, it should be a easy fix.
