Mopar offered this adapter for those situations. Offered on C and E bodies, can't recall if is posible to use it on pre 70 B bodies. Definitelly is not posible to use it on 71 and lates B bodies even is listed for all models on my 74 Mopar parts catalog. I tried without success

IF posible to use it on 2nd gen Chargers, I can sell to you the one I got thinking it was posible to use it on my 74. Its original, not a repro.
