That's a huge subject.
First, what is considered an artillery wheel is wide. See these pictures

They were available in the late 20s through the early-mid 30s on many cars, IF you are talking about the metal spoke type. The pattern back then was 5X4.5, so that part may fit. You still have to consider center register hole, lugs (my 47 has bolts, not studs and nuts) and maybe brake clearance issues.
I will also mention that something like this is fairly rare and there are collectors. You need to figure out what they are worth to you and others...
