Lift pump rear of filter housing. They make a replacement thats direct fit without putting one in the tank, aftermarket. Throttle position sensor they also make one that is after market without changing entire assembly. Rear of high pressure fuel pump CP3 is a small fuel control actuator that can be purchased separately but only from cummins not chrysler. These are the 3 things to try first.
