How would you build a nice street Hemi if you only had a stock brand new block. This is an older unused Mopar Performance water block P5007668(non-Siamese) that was just cleaned and magged. The bore is currently 4.250", so what bore, stroke combos work the best? What heads? Cam, Etc.? I would like to keep the internal oiling system if possible.
