The one with the pentastar is the licensed version, which for a restoration would be the more accurate choice.
Last mirror I bought was for a Mopar that's not a resto, just a non-#s driver that will never be stock again, so I bought the non-pentastar mirror off Ebay for around $35. It looks fine, nice plating & glass.
Sources for the correct one would include (member) Dante's, and I'd think Classic Industries & other big mail-order places sell them too.
