The 90 360 would have an open chamber swirl port head, usually called the 308 head. Both heads, meh. While they might be considered the best of the production LA heads Magnum heads are much better. But yes a 1990 360 is an LA. Will the Comp Cams roller "drop in"? Dunno, Mr. Wizard hasn't told me which Comp Cam you have. If it's an LA roller then yes and if the factory lifters are good they will work with it. They say there are no such thing as a stupid question.
