The world has lost another good guy way to early for sure. Just talked to him 10 days ago or so. Said he did not feel "right" but we laughed it off as getting older

Guys I turned 56 last Saturday and was at the doctor yesterday scheduling my second colonoscopy, my first was over five years ago. Monte's death is a reminder that we are not permanent fixtures on this earth and for some our time is short.
Take care of your self's, have yearly physicals and blood work done. If something "does not feel right" PLEASE see your doctor. Don't "man up" and tough it out, it could save you life. From where I'm standing the road in front of me is not as long as the one behind me, life is short, make the most of it.
No doubt! Turned 50 last year, but have had regular Dr. visits since 99 due to diabetes. Monte's passing has really set me to thinking about life.
