i also, was thinking 64-5 console shifter. another giveaway was [at least to my old eyeballs] was the crown of the detent plate on the first two pics being higher than the dash mounted truck/van [and motorhome] shifters, plus the 66 and up single cable arrangement. now another question regarding these shifters. is the ball retaining "notch" in the same place on the stick for all of these, or is it also different between the year[s]/applications ?
