I believe the SuperSpeedway pads often have a low temp usefulness and aggressiveness, since they are seldom used, but hugely important for pit stops, and cooled constantly by high speed air. I suspect we are mainly talking brake compound selection, as the hardware is super expensive, even used.
Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.
